On July 27, the document confirming lifting of visa requirements between Russia and Turkey came into effect.
The document was signed on May 12 during Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s official visit to Turkey, Zaman reported.
Henceforth, Russian citizens will be able to enter Turkey without visa for 30 days. Earlier they had to get visa and to pay $20 fee, Trend reports.
