“Had frank discussions with President Putin and FM Lavrov on key issues including Iran Talks, Syria, Ukraine,” US State Secretary John Kerry wrote on Tuesday in his Twitter account.
“[It’s] important to keep lines of communication between the U.S. and Russia open as we address pressing global issues,” Kerry said, as reported by TASS.
