On August 4, at 9:20 p.m. local time, a 3 magnitude earthquake was registered in Azerbaijan, 17 km southwest of Mingachevir city. The seismic focus was at the depth of 13 kilometers, Center of Seismic Service of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences informed Trend agency.
