The exhibition ‘Armenia and Armenians’ presenting the works of Karen Kokchyan, Armenia photographer residing in Turin, opened in the Italian city Assisi. Kokchian’s ancestors used to live in Constantinople. The exhibition is held at the Basilica of St. Francis in Italy, its organizers being Armenian Embassy in Italy, the Armenian community and St. Francis Church.

The exhibition, which will be held till October 27, displays 60 photos taken in Armenia, including churches, monastery complexes, cultural memorials and landscapes.
