On August 5, the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan - Elmar Mammadyarov, Turkey - Ahmet Davutoglu, Kyrgyzstan - Ruslan Kazakbayev and Kazakhstan - Kanat Saudabayev held an informal meeting in Bodrum (Turkey) chaired by the Turkish FM, TRT reported.
At the press conference following the meeting Azerbaijani FM stated that he had discussed the Karabakh conflict with his Turkish counterpart, Turk.net reported.
“Turkey is highly respected in the international arena, and therefore I believe that Ahmet bey will undertake very useful initiatives in the Karabakh settlement,” Trend News quotes Mammadyarov.
