The main version for the August 17 blast in Pyatigorsk is involvement of the North Caucasian militants, say law enforcers investigating the terrorist attack, Interfax reported, referring to its source in enforcement agencies.  

An explosion rocked Pyatigorsk at 4:15 p.m. Moscow time on Tuesday. An explosive blew up in a vehicle parked near a café, injuring 30 people. To date, 29 of them are hospitalized, Lenta.ru reported referring to RIA Novosti.

The Pyatigorsk administration issued the list of injured.
