YEREVAN. - Former Chief of Armenia’s Traffic Police Artak Harutyunyan couldn’t leave abroad for treatment, since the German Embassy denied him a visa, Harutyunyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

According to him, the denial was because of a lack of certain documents. Harutyunyan is going to try entering the Embassy for the second time, but doesn’t know when, since his visit is arranged with his friends in Germany.

“This is the first time I have entered an embassy for a private matter. Of course, I have visited different countries before, but this was in the framework of my work; I wasn’t dealing with the issue of visas and embassies,” he said.
