A young man, 20, turned himself in to Armenia’s Goris Police Department on Sunday and announced he had hit a 6-year-old boy by his VAZ-21083 the same day on 62 Spitak street in Armenia’s Goris city. According to the man, after the accident he took the child to hospital.
Investigation is underway, as reported by Armenian police press-service.
