Concert entitled “You, my brother” in commemoration of the Armenian and Assyrian Genocides, Holocaust, as well as in support of the present eastern Christians will take place under the honorary patronage of Charles Aznavour in the famous Folies Bergère music hall in Paris on October 12, French-Armenian newspaper Nouvelles d'Arménie writes.

The event – first in its kind in uniting Jews and Armenians - aims to call on peace and commemoration.  Lots of political figures and show business representatives are expected to attend the event.

Messages related to the concert will be periodically issued by France’s Shalom and Ayp FM radio stations.

The concert which will be conducted by music commentator Frédéric Zeitoun from France 2, will feature such famous musicians as Michel Legrand and his son, Michel Boujenah, Michel Fugain and Pluribus, Enrico Macias, André Manoukian, Gilbert Montagné, Popeck and others.
