Russia will provide $200 million soft loan to Armenia, Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan said.
“An agreement is signed on providing $200 million soft loan to Armenia. This will allow us renew the armory of the Armenian Armed Forces,” Sargsyan said at the meeting with Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.
