YEREVAN. – Armenia collaborates very intensively and closely with the Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia (TRACECA) international transport program.

The Minister of Transport and Communication, Gagik Beglaryan, noted the aforesaid at his talk Wednesday with Secretary General Mircea Ciopraga of the Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission of the TRACECA.

Ciopraga, for his part, underscored his organization’s further cooperation with Armenia.

At the talk, Beglaryan also signed a technical addendum of this international transport program.

In particular, this addendum will enable Armenia to increase the volume of its shipments’ transport to Europe via the Black Sea ports of Poti and Batumi, in Georgia.
