YEREVAN. - 5 parliamentary factions are for fingers inking at the constitutional referendum on December 6, faction head of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Zurabyan stated in the parliament today. According to him, the ANC is joining similar proposal made by the “Prosperous Armenia” party yesterday.

According to the MP, the ANC has also held consultations with the Heritage and Orinats Yerkir parties, which supported the idea. “As to the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun, their stance is known: they have always been for finger inking. Thus, 5 out of 6 parliamentary factions are for finger inking as a means of preventing repeated voting,” Zurabyan said.
