The death toll in the crash—in Tula Oblast (province), Russia—of the passenger bus, which was en route from Moscow to Yerevan, has reached nine. 

Head of the Tula Oblast Chapter of the Union of Armenians of Russia, Rafik Papyan, told the above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In his words, the ninth casualty died in a Russian hospital.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia had informed earlier that, according to preliminary data, a passenger bus, which was traveling from Moscow to Yerevan, had gone off road for yet unknown reasons and turned over on Tuesday at around 3:08am, nearby Ilinka village in the Uzlovsky District in Tula Oblast, Russia.

All the passengers were Armenian citizens.
