Belgium FM Didier Reynders will bestow one of the highest awards of the kingdom – Order of the Crown - upon Charles Aznavour, the Belgian website Ciné-Télé-Revue reports.
91-year-old Azanavour will for the last time appear on the stage of the Forest National in Brussels on November 17.
A day before this, Shahnour Vaghinag Aznavourian (his real name), who is considered one of the greatest musicians of all times, will receive Belgium's second highest order ahead of his concert in Brussels.
Another Belgian Order – that of King Leopold - was bestowed on Aznavour in 2004 on occasion of his 80th anniversary. He was bestowed this award for exceptional artistic longevity and high level mastery, as well as activity of UNESCO Ambassador and popularizer of the French language.
