EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby is to arrive for a working visit to Baku on September 5.
Semneby is to hold consultations with Azerbaijani leaders, political parties and civil society, Tend reports.
The aim of the visit is to discuss the latest developments in the South Caucasus, particularly in Azerbaijan.
