YEREVAN. - The leader of Armenia’s Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian refuted the information that in certain precincts they have sold their places in the Precinct Election Commissions (PECs) to the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).  

Speaking to Armenian News – NEWS.am, Hovannisian said: “They said there that I have sold [those places].”

According to Hovannisian, if some kind of trade is going on, than the word “trade” belongs to the sham authorities.

Earlier, “Zhoghovurd” newspaper wrote that Raffi Hovannisian has already sold the places of Armenia’s Syunik province Commission or gifted them to the RPA.
