Head of Turetsky Choir Mikhail Turetsky stated that he is going to change the name of the group and even his own surname, Russian News Service reports.
According to Turetsky, this decision is connected with the crisis in the Russian-Turkish relations.
“It's difficult to make hasty decisions on this important issue. Changing the name of the group isn't difficult. As to changing my surname, I may take that of my wife,” Turetsky said, stressing that his surname has nothing to do with Turkey.
