YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Monday extended his congratulations to People’s Artist of Armenia, Norayr Mehrabyan, on the occasion of his 75th birth anniversary.

“You have made a significant contribution to the domain of Armenian art of [folk] dance,” the President’s respective message specifically reads. “By spreading the Armenian national culture around the world, you bring [Armenian folk] dance to life on the basis of the development of national music and the works by Armenian composers.”
