Russian President Vladimir Putin told Bild daily of Germany that his views have not changed in the last 15 years.

The journalists noted that there are two Putins: The one until 2007, when the Russian president was young and open for dialogue, and the Putin who came afterwards.

“I have never changed,” the Russian president responded. “First of all, I feel young also today. (…) Nothing has changed.”

In Vladimir Putin’s words, his outlook on various political issues likewise has not changed over the course of these years, reported Gazeta.ru news site of Russia.
