The Oktogo.ru Russian service for online hotel reservations posted the Russian residents’ most popular tourist destinations for traveling with their kids during the 2016 New Year holidays.

The respective rating is based on the data regarding initial hotel reservations. 

Accordingly, Tallinn, Riga, Prague, Vilnius, Barcelona, Rome, Helsinki, Berlin, Yerevan, and Warsaw were among the most popular cities for the New Year family trips of the Russians.

During the 2016 New Year holidays, the residents of Russia came to Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan with their children for an average of 5 days, and they spent more than 4,500 rubles (approx. US$58.93) a day.
