Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan canceled visit to Azerbaijan, and due to the attack on a bus carrying military personnel in the Turkish capital city of Ankara.

After hearing about the explosion, the president of Turkey informed that he found it appropriate to cancel the Turkish-Azerbaijani strategic cooperation meeting, which was to be convened Thursday in the Azerbaijani capital city of Baku, according to Milliyet daily newspaper of Turkey.

Later, a decision will be made on conducting this meeting another time.

On Wednesday evening, a car filled with explosives attacked on the buses that were transporting military personnel from their unit to their homes. 

According to latest reports, the explosion has claimed 28 lives and injured 61 others.
