The Investigative Committee has presented the details on the emergency situation in the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).

At about 6:50 am today machine gunner Temur Sloyan fired from his gun at the commander of the same detachment, Junior Sergeant Kamo Hovhannisyan, the Investigative Committee press-service reports.  

Following this, Sloyan killed himself.

A criminal case has been launched into the incident.
