YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed the amendments to the Law “On Composition of the Government of the Republic of Armenia,” adopted by the parliament today.

Pursuant to the law, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations shall be divided into two separate ministries: Ministry of Emergency Situations and that of Territorial Administration and Development.

According to the hearsay, Armen Yeritsyan will become the Minister of Emergency Situations, whereas the post of the Territorial Administration Minister will be assumed by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) member David Lokyan.
