STEPANAKERT. – The adversary continued violating the ceasefire along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, from February 14 to 20.

During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired around 6,000 shots at the Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry and a mortar, according to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army.

Vanguard units of the Defense Army, however, took actions in response to suppress the aggressive “activeness” by the adversary, and continued fully controlling the frontline, informed the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.
