STEPANAKERT. - Parliamentary and non-parliamentary parties of Karabakh today addressed a letter to President Bako Sahakyan with the proposal to set up a Specialist Commission on Constitutional Reforms.

The letter specifically notes that the meetings in different formats were concluded by discussions with the heads of parliamentary political forces and non-parliamentary parties on February 4 and 19 respectively.

As a result of consultations, the participants agreed to turn to Karabakh President to launch the process of constitutional amendments.

The document was signed by the heads of Free Homeland Party, Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun, Movement 88 Party, Armenakan Party, National Revival Party, as well as the NKR Communist Party, Republican Party of Artsakh and Democratic Party of Artsakh.
