PreferredYEREVAN. - A memorandum of Political Cooperation Agreement was today signed between the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Armenia Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun at the Presidential Palace. The memorandum was signed by the RPA Vice Chairman Armen Ashotyan and ARF-D parliamentary faction Secretary Aghvan Vardanyan.
On February 18, the names of the ARD-D ministers and governors were already announced. ARF-D parliamentary faction head Armen Rustamyan earlier told Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent that Artsvik Minasyan will be appointed Armenia’s Economy Minister, Levon Mkrtchyan – Education Minister, and Davit Lokyan – Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.
The posts of Aragatsotn and Shirak province governors will also be given to ARF: specifically Gabriel Gyozalyan and Hovsep Simonyan will assume the posts of Aragatsotn and Shirak provinces respectively.
