STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Minister of Foreign Affairs, Karen Mirzoyan, on Monday received head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, Dragoslav Blazevic.
The NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that, during the meeting, the sides exchanged views on a wide range of issues of mutual interest, and discussed the implementation of the upcoming ICRC programs in the NKR.
