YEREVAN. – President of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Galust Sahakyan, on Tuesday came to the NA for the first time after undergoing a course of medical treatment.

As per head of the NA Public and Media Relations Department, Arsen Babayan, Sahakyan is in good health, and his fitness has been and remains good.

“Health condition of the Parliament leader enables him to start work,” Babayan added.

Sahakyan was hospitalized on February 17, and due to high blood pressure. He underwent an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan and medication treatment at hospital.

He was discharged from hospital on February 21.
