As NEWS.am was reported by the company’s press service, Aria Innovation Technologies deeply understands the current problems of the real estate industry and suggests the shortest and most efficient way of solving them, which is exactly the first Armenian mobile application named “Aria Realty” for the purchase, sale and rent of the real estate.

“We have studied the proposals of housing purchase and home rental market, talked both to those who offer the apartments and their seekers and eventually understood that the process intertwines with a number of problems. Thus we tried to offer a solution that allows you to find and choose the preferred option via mobile app”, - says the founder of Aria Innovation

Aria Realty allows iOS (soon also Andrioid) users to tick the preferences in a mobile app (purchase, rental, localization, number of rooms and etc.) and get all the proposals according to the selected criteria on an interactive map. The proposals are visible on the photos and contain detailed descriptions presented by the owners themselves.

“The important thing is that the app allows to create a direct link between the apartment owners and seekers”, - says Mnatsakanyan. “The process is simplified to the maximum in order to save time and resources for all parties involved”.
