An unusual incident took place in Baku today during which several policemen were beaten.  

The incident took place at Oasis restaurant, haqqin.az reports.

Two visitors of the restaurant, formerly convicted Elchin Mehdiyev (born in 1986) and Elchin Mammedov (born in 1986), organized a hellbender during which several police officers were beaten and even their epaulettes were torn off their service uniforms.

The policemen tried to bring the debauchers to order, however, instead of settling down, the hooligans went at the policemen with fists.  Despite the resistance, the perpetrators were taken to the police station. But the detainees didn’t calm down there either.

In front of the station, they broke down the side windows of the police Fiat Doblo cars. The third debaucher, Baku resident Nijat Mammedov (born in 1987) turned himself in to the police station, where he beat Police Sergeant Jahid Mahmudov. Consequently, the police officers locked up all three of them.
