STEPANAKERT. - Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan today received Chief of General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces, Col. Gen. Yuri Khachaturov.
The meeting, which was also attended by Karabakh Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, addressed a number of issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in that sphere.
