STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Wednesday chaired a meeting of the NKR Security Council.

The country’s domestic and foreign policy as well as the preparations for the 2016 spring sowing season were on the agenda of the talk, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

Heads of the relevant agencies delivered respective reports.

President Sahakyan, for his part, gave specific instructions toward properly resolving the matters that were discussed.
