YEREVAN. - It’s necessary to get rid of the stereotype of considering everything Soviet as something bad, Vice President of the Armenian National Assembly (NA) Hermine Naghdalyan said in the NA today.

According to her, there are people who indiscriminately laugh at everything that used to be in the Soviet Union. These people don’t want to remember there was much on which the country grew and which it is really proud of.

“There is no need to talk about the title “honored” with irony as a way to “nomenclate” everything possible. The title “honored teacher” isn’t bad, is it? Those who think so perhaps haven’t seen the gratitude and pride the elderly teachers while being bestowed that title,” Naghdalyan said.
