STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army military serviceman Hovhannes Harutyunyan (born in 1997) was mortally wounded, on Thursday at around 5:30pm.
Harutyunyan died in an NKR Defense Army unit, and due to violation of the rules of using a weapon.
An investigation is underway to find out the details of the incident, informed the NKR Ministry of Defense.
