A FlyDubai airline Boeing 737-800 passenger plane, which was en route from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to Rostov-on-Don, Russia, crashed near the Rostov-on-Don airport, on Saturday at 3։50am Moscow local time.
The aircraft fell and burst into flames during landing. As a result, all 55 passengers and 7 crewmembers were killed.
The plane crashed 50 to 100 meters from the runway, and therefore it was split into several parts.
