YEREVAN. – Electricity production in Armenia has increased by 7 percent, in the first two months of the current year. 

Electricity production in the country’s nuclear power plant, thermal power stations and hydroelectric power stations has gone up by 1.8 percent, 2 percent and over 27 percent, respectively.

In addition, Armenia produced 1.3 billion kilowatt hours of electricity in January and February.

The nuclear power plant, the thermal power stations and the hydroelectric power stations have produced 541 million kilowatt hours, 459 million kilowatt hours and over 313 million kilowatt hours of this electricity, correspondingly.
