The Armenian Embassy in Brussels is ascertaining whether there are Armenian citizens among those killed and wounded in the explosions at Brussels airport and subway, Armenian Ambassador to Brussels, Tatul Margaryan, told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
The diplomat reminded that the highest level terror alert has been declared in Belgium: the operation of the airport, subway and other public means of transportation has been stopped. “The Armenian diplomatic mission and the parliamentary mission in Brussels are safe and continue their work,” Ambassador Margaryan said.
34 people died and over 50 are reported to be injured as a result of a series of explosions at Brussels airport and subway today.
