YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Armenia received information on Thursday.

Accordingly, the MES “Survey for Seismic Protection” Agency seismological network registered, on the same day at 9pm Armenia Standard Time, a 2-magnitude earthquake, and 14km northwest of Ijevan, Armenia.

The hypocenter of this tremor was 11km beneath the surface.

It measured a magnitude of 2 to 3 at the epicenter.

The seismic activity was felt in Ijevan town, with a magnitude of 2.
