YEREVAN. – The price of Russian natural gas for Armenia will reduce, Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abahamyan on Friday told reporters.

“Yes, there is such a possibility,” Abrahamyan said. “This matter was discussed with [Russian President] Vladimir Putin, during the President of Armenia’s [recent] visit to Moscow. The relevant departments have received instructions to hold [respective] discussions; now, we are at this very phase. It’s a fact that the gas [in Armenia] will be cheaper, but the negotiations will show by how much.”
