YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 481.67/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is down by AMD 0.49 from the previous business day in the country, informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 539.23 (up by AMD 0.80), that of one British pound was AMD 686.43 (up by AMD 4.32), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7 (down by AMD 0.09).

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 236.63, AMD 18,908.47 and AMD 14,820.15, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Tuesday.
