The US State of Hawaii has recognized the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, reported the Armenian National Committee of America.
The House of Representatives of Hawaii recognized NKR independence on Tuesday.
In addition, the legislative body of this US state encouraged “the international community to recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as a free, independent, and sovereign democracy.”
