President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko urged dialogue on Nagorno-Karabakh during his phone conversation with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts.
The presidents had an in-depth discussion of the situation in Karabakh, his press service said.
Lukashenko expressed concern about the escalation in the Karabakh conflict zone.
