“I call on all parties to return to peace process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk group,” he tweeted.
Earlier the calls to cease fire were voiced by EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini and EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood policy Johannes Hahn.
