STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Minister of Defense and Defense Army Commander Levon Mnatsakanyan on Monday gave an interview to David Ignatius, editor and reviewer of The Washington Post (USA).

The NKR Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that a wide range of issues were discussed during this talk.

Mnatsakanyan presented the aggressive military inroads which Azerbaijan unleashed in early April against Artsakh, the barbarous and cruel acts which the Azerbaijani armed forces committed, the situation at the frontline, and the army-building process in the NKR.
