STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Saturday received Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia Davit Lokyan, and Minister of Education and Science of Armenia Levon Mkrtchyan.
Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that Artsakh-Armenia cooperation in these domains was discussed during the talk.
