STEPANAKERT. - Today nobody speaks of concessions, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Minister of Defense and Defense Army Commander Levon Mnatsakanyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am in Stepanakert Monday, responding to the question on what is the limit of acceptable concessions for Karabakh.  

''There are no concessions. Nobody speaks of concessions; personally I haven't heard about them,'' Mnatsakanyan stated. He also noted that they have no problems with weaponry.

''The spirit of the soldiers is high, since they believe in weaponry. If the soldier didn't believe in this, his spirit wouldn't have been that high,'' Mnatsakanyan said, adding that everything is under control.
