Head of the Turkish Nationalist Movement Party Devlet Bahceli, after a prayer in the Armenian church in Ani, visited Igdir, where he once more made anti-Armenian statements and condemned the Turkish authorities’ policies.
Turkish Zaman reports, the leader of the Nationalist Party arrived at the Armenian-Turkish border -the border point Alican (opposite Maragara)- and gave a press conference. Bahceli criticized Erdogan’s government for insulting Azeris in order to win the heart of the Armenians. “Because of the Turkish authorities, the relationship with our Azerbaijani brothers has reached a dangerous phase. I want our Azerbaijani brothers to remember that we are always close to Azerbaijan. We will not allow any steps taken against Azerbaijan”, - said the Turkish nationalist.
According Devlet Bahceli, they will never establish diplomatic relations with Armenia until the Armenians leave the “annexed” territories. “After the Erdogans’ AKP’s time is passed, these mistakes will be corrected” - summed up the leader of the Nationalist Movement Party.
