STEPANAKERT. – The situation along line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces continued to remain calm, from late Monday night to early Tuesday morning.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army (NKR/Artsakh DA) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that during this time, however, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the arrangement to cease fire by way of rifle weaponry, and the shots they fired were irregular.

“[But] the DA vanguard units did not respond to the adversary’s provocative actions, and continued confidently carrying out the military task set before them,” the respective statement reads.
