The Azerbaijani side once again violated the arrangement to cease fire, from late Wednesday night to early Thursday morning, between 12am and 3am, and it fired shots at Baghanis border village in the Tavush Province of Armenia.

Baghanis mayor Narek Sahakyan wrote about the aforesaid on his Facebook account.

“The roofs and windows were damaged,” wrote the mayor. “For security concerns, the Grade 11 students of Baghanis Secondary School had to wait 30 minutes at the starting part of the village, on their way back from an excursion.”

In Sahakyan’s words, however, this incident has not disturbed normal life in the village, and on Thursday, the Grade 9 students are taking their final exams.
