YEREVAN. – Information was received on Friday at 8:59pm that a mine was found in a house in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.
A fire and rescue squad as well as an operative team and a bomb squad from the Crisis Management Center were dispatched to the scene.
It was found out that a mortar shell was discovered during construction work at the basement of the said house.
The bomb squad moved the mortar shell to a safe area.
